The 11th annual international summercamp will be held in Bodoe, at the National Training Centre. In Bodoe the days are very long during the summer and so will our training be, so you will recieve 6 months of trainig crammed into 6 intensive days. But you will have fun and meet new friends. During the camp we will try to combine some of the training sections with some summerly social activeties outside. The course is very intense and packed with training. You will learn a lot. One of the major themes this year is understanding and building upon your natural reaction to stress through knowledge and drills. We have expert Ole Boe to host this subjects, and his lectures are worth the trip alone. Very few people in Europe has done the level of research Ole has.
